Kitco Hong Kong updated Customer Agreement / 金拓香港更新客戶協議書

If you don't sign the updated agreement and produce your RESIDENTIAL proof, 

1. You are not allowed to place order by any means (buy anything) even if you walk-in to the office with cash.

2. You may still get back the money in your account after the grace period, with 2-days prior arrangement.

 

Dear customer,

In recent months, we have greatly expanded our range of products and services to meet increasing demand. To ensure that we continue to serve you efficiently and transparently as we grow and to fully comply with the rules and regulations that govern the trade of precious metals in the Hong Kong Special Administration Region, we have had to update our general terms and conditions.

Starting 1 December, 2011, all Kitco Hong Kong Customers are required to agree the new terms and conditions which we laid out in an updated Customer Agreement. We have attached English and Chinese versions of this document with this email. Please read the updated Customer Agreement carefully, sign the English original copy to indicate your agreement together with your latest residential address proof dated within 3-month (e.g. utility bill, bank statement, tax demand note, etc) and send it back to us by 30 December, 2011. Please mail your signed Agreement to:
